Scott is the owner and operator of SRC Inspections & Consulting.  He has over 13 years of experience in the construction and engineering fields that provide him a unique and highly qualified point of view on home inspections.  In addition to performing rigorous inspections, he can help you translate the results of your inspection to what it means for you and your investment in your home.  When you hire SRC Inspections to perform your home inspection, know that Scott will be performing the inspection himself.

Scott has experience working as a general contractor and a registered professional engineer.  He has a wide ranging background from building roads and bridges, to converting tobacco warehouses to condominiums, to residential remodeling, as well as performing design work on biomedical research facilities, providing him a strong background in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Civil, and Structural areas. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering & Management.  Scott has worked across the country, from Indiana to Illinois, Colorado, Texas, California, and of course, North Carolina.
