SRC Inspections and Consulting's home inspection reports are not considered Engineering Reports and will not be NOT stamped and sealed by an engineer.  No engineering services are provided under the terms of a home inspection agreement.  Engineering services, reports, studies, etc. require a separate agreement and only for an additional fee.

SRC Inspections & Consulting provides many different types of services in addition to home inspections.  Services included: home maintenance, engineering, energy audits, air quality improvement, radon remediation, water treatment and filtration, and more.  Fees can be based on hourly rates or by project.
